I am taking Kelsey to a self defense class tonight that a friend of mine put together. And then...

Finally it's here. Tonight at midnight my daughter and I will be watching "New Moon." It seems like forever since Twilight came out.

I still remember my daughter asking me to take her a friend to the movies to see it. I had no idea what the movie was because thanks to DVR I don't watch commercials much. I asked her what is was about and she said "Vampires." Well, thinking dark, blood, and gross, I said "No." She explained that is was not that kind of movie and gave me those eyes so I gave in. I can still remember sitting in the theater with my arms crossed brooding about spending my Saturday off watching a movie I didn't want to see. Well, after 5 minutes, those feelings were long gone. I could tell right away that I was going to like it but had no idea that I would be crazy about it. I don't often spend money going to the movies, but went to see that one 4 times. I honestly would have went every day if I could've afforded it.
For Christmas Brian got me the series of books. I had them all read by New Years. I couldn't stop reading them. I hated having to go to work and sleep because it took time away from my reading. I loved the books. I am all about Edward being with Bella. Well that is, if I can't have him, then she can. Nothing against Jacob, but I never at any point wanted them to be together. "New Moon" was my least favorite book. I remember rushing through it to get to the 3rd book. But "New Moon" the movie will have more Edward than the book and I am looking forward to seeing it. Like I said, I have nothing against Jacob, so I don't want any hate posts from Team Jacob fans, I think he is a great character. You can have him. I just don't want him with Bella.

I am looking forward to seeing all the fans at the movies. Team Edward, Team Jacob, Bella, and my favorite after Edward of course is "ALICE!" I love her character. She is so sweet and cute. Her hair is adorable.

So while others sleep tonight, Twilight fans will be eating popcorn, drinking coke and enjoying a great movie!
